THE HOSPITAL AT HEBREW HEALTH CARE
The Hospital at Hebrew Health Care is a 45-bed hospital that is part of the Hebrew Health Care campus in West Hartford, CT, offering specialized care for elderly patients with medical or behavioral needs.
Our skilled geriatricians understand how to treat an acute problem in the context of many other issues that the elderly patient may be experiencing. As a practitioner of GeriCentric care, The Hospital at Hebrew Health Care focuses on the individual needs of each patient, taking the time to understand the whole older adult patient rather than simply treating an injury or illness.
The Hospital at Hebrew Health Care provides the following services:
Medical Unit, Behavioral Health Unit, Outpatient Medical Services, Outpatient Rehabilitation Services and Outpatient Blood Transfusions.
