Hebrew Senior Care is committed to providing the highest level of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.  We want to ensure that your loved one’s stay is as positive an experience as possible, and welcome the opportunity to solve any concerns you or your family members may experience within the parameters of State and Federal regulations. Complaints/grievances or problems should be brought to the attention of the Director of the particular service line where you are experiencing the problem.  All Hebrew Senior Care leaders are empowered to resolve customer care issues and work to ensure your concerns are addressed.  Please call our main number, 860.218.2300, to reach the appropriate department. 


Patient Complaints

Patients may file a complaint with the state survey and certification agency concerning abuse, neglect, misappropriation of property in the facility, and non-compliance with the advanced directives requirements by contacting:
