Hebrew Senior Care is committed to providing the highest level of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.  We want to make your loved one’s stay is a positive experience and welcome the opportunity to help solve any concerns you or your loved one may experience within the parameters of State and Federal regulations. Complaints/grievances or problems should be brought to the attention of the Director of the particular service line where you are experiencing the problem.  All Hebrew Senior Care leaders are empowered to resolve customer care issues and work to ensure your concerns are addressed.  Should you need additional assistance, please contact our President/CEO of Hebrew Senior Care, Denise Peterson, RN, FACHE at dpeterson@hebrewseniorcare.org.

Patients may file a complaint with the state survey and certification agency concerning abuse, neglect, misappropriation of property in the facility, and non-compliance with the advanced directives requirements by contacting:
