Take I-91 South to Exit 35-B (Rt. 218/Cottage Grove Road). Turn Right onto Rt. 218/Cottage Grove Road toward Bloomfield/Windsor. Go 3.8 miles to Bloomfield Avenue (Rt. 189). Turn left onto Bloomfield Avenue (Rt. 189). Go 1.3 miles to Abrahms Boulevard. Turn Right onto Abrahms Boulevard. Go 0.2 miles to end of the drive. At the stop sign, turn left and follow the signs to Hebrew Senior Care's main entrance through Connecticut Behavioral Health Hospital.
From the South:
Take I-95 North to Exit 48 (I-91N) to Hartford. Take Exit 32A/32B (Trumbull Street/I-84 W-Waterbury) on the left. Stay left and take Exit 32A (I-84 W -Waterbury). Merge onto I-84 West. Take Exit 47 (Sigourney Street). Turn Right onto Sigourney Street. Go 0.4 miles to Asylum Avenue. Turn Left onto Asylum Avenue. Go 1 mile to Scarborough Street. Turn Right onto Scarborough Street. Go 0.6 miles to Albany Avenue. Turn Left onto Albany Avenue. Go 0.3 miles to Bloomfield Avenue (Rt. 189). Turn Right onto Bloomfield Avenue (Rt. 189). Go 1.2 miles to Abrahms Boulevard.
